HESTA is seeking an experienced Organisational Change professional to join the Change Team in Melbourne. You will lead people-centric change initiatives across enterprise-wide programs, ensuring smooth transitions while managing risks and regulatory updates.

Working closely with executives and teams, you will develop and deliver change management plans, engage stakeholders, and champion adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in change management within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory changes across business units.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading communications.
