HESTA Super Fund is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to drive enterprise-wide, people-first transformations in a regulated financial services environment. You will partner with senior leaders to plan, execute and embed changes that support member outcomes and compliance.

You’ll bring extensive experience in managing employee transitions, communicating complex changes, and navigating regulatory shifts across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management initiatives across large organisations.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory changes impacting financial services and superannuation.
