HESTA is seeking a Senior Compliance Obligations Specialist to lead streams of an Obligations Management Uplift project and strengthen compliance for a fund serving health and community workers. You will work with senior leaders, translate complex superannuation rules into actionable processes, and maintain accurate obligations registers and our GRC system, HESTAssure.

You will bring a hands-on coaching style with senior stakeholder engagement, demonstrate delivery discipline, and own outcomes

Formación

• 7+ years of compliance experience, ideally in superannuation or another APRA regulated setting.
• Hands-on coaching style with business teams to ensure compliance arrangements.
• Experience contributing to transformation or uplift projects with delivery focus.

Responsabilidades

• Explain obligations and map processes and controls to meet them.
• Review senior leaders' compliance arrangements, identify gaps and actions.
• Own streams and drive steps from today to outcome without prompting.
• Track actions to closure and support reporting to executives and risk forums.
