Job summary

The Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner is seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead the People & Culture team and drive organisational change in a dynamic regulatory setting. You will champion the change framework, coordinate with the PMO, internal communications and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead the change management framework across the organisation and support successful adoption of change initiatives.
• Partner with the Project Management Office, Internal Communications and stakeholders to deliver change communications, engagement, training and strategies to address resistance.
• Measure change success, advise on best practice, apply policy and procedural knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with the Executive Leadership Team and internal and external stakeholders, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, support a people-centred culture and undertake other duties as required.
