Job summary

HESTA is seeking a commercially minded Risk Frameworks & Policy Lead/Specialist to develop, maintain and improve HESTA’s Risk Management Framework and Strategy. You will advise business teams, support regulatory change and strengthen risk governance across the organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Risk Frameworks and Systems, you will collaborate with risk and regulatory teams and executives to embed best-practice risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and maintaining enterprise risk frameworks and related artefacts.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive regulatory change.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Risk, Business or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HESTA’s Risk Management Framework and Strategy, policies and governance artefacts.
• Provide trusted risk advice to business teams and support regulatory change.
• Embed effective risk management practices across the organisation and strengthen governance capability.
