Job summary

Dicker Data is seeking an Order Management Team Leader to head a high-performing team responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role sits at the centre of operations, connecting customers, internal teams and the warehouse to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and accurately.

You will lead in a fast-paced environment, prioritising effectively and maintaining attention to detail, with clear communication across internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in order management or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end order processing (ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns, payments).
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• A customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Order Management Specialists.
• Manage workload, training, performance, leave approvals and employee relations.
• Maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer service.
• Process and oversee orders via EDI, web portal and email, in line with vendor requirements.
• Ensure calls, emails and requests are actioned within agreed SLAs.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating where required.
• Drive continuous improvement across order management processes.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Warehouse) to deliver the best customer outcomes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Order Management Team Leader to lead a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

This role sits at the centre of our operations, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams, and the warehouse to ensure every order is delivered efficiently and accurately.

You’ll be leading within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where strong prioritisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are critical to success.
