• Experience in order management or admin within IT/technology preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the shared order inbox to allocate customer orders.
• Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy before routing to responsible teams.
• Assist with order entry and data accuracy to support customers and team.
• Escalate order-related issues to relevant departments for quick resolution.
• Handle post-sales queries and provide timely updates on orders.
