Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an immediate-start temporary assignment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and orders to keep operations moving.

You will collaborate with warehouse, sales and internal teams to manage orders from start to finish, provide updates on deliveries and product availability, and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management.
• SAP experience.
• Experience working within a product-based, manufacturing, distribution or FMCG environment highly regarded.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Availability to commence at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries across phone and email
• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
• Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and product availability
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with warehouse, sales and internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems
• Follow up outstanding orders and requests
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Provide general administration support to the wider team
