Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join the team on a temporary basis. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders and coordinate deliveries, working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to resolve issues quickly.

You will handle day-to-day enquiries, process orders and POs through SAP, coordinate stock and deliveries, and maintain accurate records while providing proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Administration.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders and purchase orders through SAP.
• Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer and order-related queries.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Follow up outstanding orders and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Provide general administration and customer service support.
