Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading global organisation in Bayswater to recruit an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator on a contract basis. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to meet customer expectations across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifikationen

• B2B customer service experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience required.
• Strong order processing and customer coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process and coordinate orders from receipt to delivery.
• Manage customer cases and keep Salesforce records up to date.
• Provide customers with updates on stock, order progress and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and delays.
• Support internal sales teams with customer information and enquiries.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Provide general admin and operational support to the Customer Service team.
