Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM AMS consultant to provide L2/L3 functional support within a Melbourne-based environment. The role focuses on incident resolution, service request handling, system configuration, and quarterly release validation.

You will engage with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver continuous improvements, automation opportunities, and robust governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud application support and maintenance.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change and service request processes.
• Experience in AMS/Managed Services with SLA-driven support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in testing, release management and quarterly patch validation.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Perform impact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
• Support Oracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing and production deploymentActivities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, service metrics and governance updates.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements and service optimization.
• Participate in knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
