Kineticgroup is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst to support the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP platform across Australia and New Zealand on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will validate configurations, resolve defects, and ensure alignment with business requirements while collaborating with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting.
• Experience across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement (GL, Payables, Receivables).
• Configuring approval workflows (BPM Worklist, delegation, escalation).
• Knowledge of ESS, OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation through go live and hypercare, preferably client side.
• Strong accounting knowledge across multi-ledger, multi-currency environments.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, experience with Oracle Guided Learning or SQL, GST knowledge for AU/NZ are highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Review Subledger Accounting configurations, approval workflows, security roles and system scheduling against designs and business needs.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner to configure solutions, resolve defects and maintain configuration documentation.
• Support UAT, test scripts, validation of results and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation and Oracle Guided Learning content.
• Support delivery of user training and readiness activities.
• Provide functional support through go-live and hypercare, including updates and first year-end close.
• Establish regression testing processes and support rollout of Oracle AI Agents across Payables, Expenses and GL.
