Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to provide functional support and continuous improvement for Oracle HCM Cloud in Melbourne. The role covers incident resolution, service requests, configuration, and quarterly release activities, engaging HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure service levels are met.

Key responsibilities include root cause analysis, testing, release validation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and AMS support.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes.
• Experience in SLA-driven AMS environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Perform impact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
• Support quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and deployments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business users, and technical teams.
• Prepare operational reports and governance updates.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base.
