Method Recruitment Bullhorn is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join a Melbourne-based superannuation organisation supporting HR technology transformation and system optimisation initiatives. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR modules and requires strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with HR, Payroll and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of system enhancements and

Qualifications

Strong BA experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Understanding of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Performance, Learning.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements and facilitate workshops.
Experience with configurations, integrations, data migration and interfaces in Oracle HCM.
Experience with HR/payroll processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and map current and future-state processes.
Develop functional specifications and support system enhancements and integrations.
Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders.
Support testing, UAT, defect management, go-live activities, and post-implementation improvements.
