Kinetic is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Analyst to support the implementation of our Oracle Cloud EPM platform across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a hands-on role, build internal capability, and help the system reach steady-state operations from go-live through BAU.

The role involves participating in UAT for FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS, validating data, developing runbooks and reports, and collaborating with FP&A and stakeholders to ensure timely consolidations and accurate

Qualifications

• Two or more Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (FCCS/EPBCS) with hands-on data integration.
• Experience creating and enhancing management or narrative reports in EPM.
• Strong understanding of consolidation (eliminations, currency translation).
• Experience developing EPM runbooks and operational documentation for finance teams.
• Administration experience in Oracle EPM in live production environments.
• ANZ multi-entity experience; Groovy/ARCS/PCMCS and Predictive Cash Forecasting valued.

Responsabilités

• Support UAT across FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS.
• Validate opening balances and manage EPM data loads and issue resolution.
• Develop month-end runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Manage monthly EPM updates with testing and regression checks.
• Support year-end consolidation and budget/forecast cycles post go-live.
• Develop and maintain management reports with FP&A and implement Task Manager.
• Build internal capability and maintain backup/restore processes.
