Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring production issues are resolved promptly in a 24/7 environment, coordinating releases, and driving service excellence through stakeholder collaboration.

You’ll guide a high-performing team, align operational priorities with business goals, and partner with engineering, testing and delivery teams to sustain

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology operations, production support or application support teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching, development and engagement.
• Ability to manage incidents and priorities in a 24/7 support environment.
• Experience using service data to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management to influence outcomes.
• Comfort with change and technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals through coaching and career development.
• Direct a 24/7 operational support capability, monitoring, incident response and service restoration.
• Coordinate production support, releases and service requests across environments.
• Use service data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Partner with engineering, testing, delivery and business teams to resolve issues.
• Manage external partners and suppliers to meet service standards.
• Provide reporting on service health, risks, and capacity.
