Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals through coaching and career development.
• Oversee a 24/7 operational support capability, including monitoring, triage and incident response.
• Coordinate production support, release activities and service requests across multiple environments.
• Use service data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, testing, delivery and business teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Manage external partners and suppliers to meet service expectations.
• Provide reporting on service health, risks, capacity and opportunities.
