• Drive continuous improvements to enhance platform performance, resilience and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with vendors, technology teams and stakeholders to manage support services and transitions.
• Champion engineering excellence, automation and AI usage to improve efficiency.
• Guide investment and health decisions through governance and performance monitoring.
