Job summary

Carpentaria, a not-for-profit organisation delivering disability, therapy and community services, seeks an Operations Support Manager to lead workforce coordination across programs and ensure safe, high-quality services.

You will oversee rostering, workforce planning and administrative support, build strong teams, and drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading rostering and workforce coordination within a high-paced environment, ensuring effective staffing, team coverage and operational requirements are consistently met.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary administration and workforce teams.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, rostering and operational service delivery.
• Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A good sense of humour!
