Job summary

Cara is seeking two Rostering Officers to join our Workforce Planning team in Adelaide. You will coordinate and deploy staff to ensure continuity of service and act as the main contact for rostering inquiries, while monitoring roster accuracy and handling changes.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment. This is an expression of interest for a fixed-term contract with ASAP start.

• Experience with rostering or workforce planning is a plus.

We’re looking for two Rostering Officers to join our Workforce Planning team!

Are you organised, proactive and great at problem solving? Do you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re inviting current Cara employees to express their interest in a Rostering Officer opportunity, commencing ASAP.

About the role:

As a Rostering Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our clients experience continuity of service by coordinating and deploying staff to meet rostering needs. You’ll be a key point of contact for rostering enquiries, monitor roster accuracy, respond to shift changes and cancellations, and work closely with Workforce Planning and Client Services.

• Availability Monday–Sunday, between 6:30am and 10:00pm
• 40 hours per fortnight
• PPT Fixed term contract until 31 December

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to client service.
