About the role:
As a Rostering Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our clients experience continuity of service by coordinating and deploying staff to meet rostering needs. You’ll be a key point of contact for rostering enquiries, monitor roster accuracy, respond to shift changes and cancellations, and work closely with Workforce Planning and Client Services.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to client service.
