Job summary

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking an experienced staffing operations professional to manage 4-week rosters, cover planned and unplanned leave, maintain roster records and assist payroll in Disability Services & Accommodation Support.

You will have rostering experience, strong communication, admin skills, ability to interpret awards, and compliance checks such as WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening; the role offers flexible work arrangements and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Rostering experience in a disability or social services setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative and organisational proficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply industry awards.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry.
• Willing to obtain required screening checks (criminal, WWCC, NDIS).

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 4-week rosters.
• Replace planned and unplanned leave.
• Maintain roster records and related admin tasks.
• Support payroll functions and staffing reports.
• Support casual pool recruitment activities and initiatives.
