Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day ICT operations within a large, complex environment. You will coordinate technical teams, manage service availability, and ensure security and compliance across critical services.

You will lead incident response, drive continuous improvement, and engage with executives and stakeholders to align operational plans with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT operations, network, infrastructure or secure service delivery in large environments.
• Strong leadership and service management experience.
• Excellent communication with executives and technical teams.
• Problem solving and incident resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Government information security policies and ISM/Esssential Eight is a plus.
• Familiarity with firewalls, DNS security, CASB, DLP and SIEM/SOAR advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of critical ICT services.
• Monitor service availability, investigate outages and breaches of targets.
• Coordinate remedial activities and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide guidance on availability, planning, and performance improvements.
• Act as central coordination between technical teams, management and leadership.
• Prioritise resources and operational requirements across teams.
• Lead investigations into operational and security incidents.
• Communicate complex technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
• Present recommendations and gain stakeholder agreement on outcomes.
• Support security requirements, processes and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations.
