Gofractional in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an experienced ICT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of critical services on-site for a 12-month contract. You will coordinate seamless service delivery, manage incidents, and drive improvements across a large, complex environment with senior leadership involvement.

The role requires senior-level experience in ICT operations, strong stakeholder engagement, and solid knowledge of security policies and incident handling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT operations in large, complex environments.
• Strong operational leadership and service management experience.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of ICT services and components.
• Monitor service availability and investigate outages or breaches of service targets.
• Coordinate remedial activities and drive timely issue resolution.
• Advise on service availability, planning, improvement and performance.
• Act as central coordination point between technical teams, management and senior leadership.
• Prioritise resources, activities and operational requirements across teams.
• Ensure leadership has information and resources to support operations and change.
• Lead and coordinate investigations into operational and security incidents.
• Engage with stakeholders and communicate complex technical matters clearly.
• Develop and present recommendations and gain stakeholder agreement on outcomes.
• Support maintenance of security requirements, processes and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across services and processes.
