Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and service availability across a critical ICT environment. This role is based in ACT or SA and is offered as a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT operations in large, complex environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement with executives and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Australian Government information security policies (ISM) and Essential Eight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of ICT services.
• Monitor service availability and outages.
• Coordinate remedial actions and issue resolution.
• Advise on service availability, planning, and improvements.
• Coordinate between technical teams, management and leadership.
• Prioritize resources and operational requirements.
• Support change governance and documentation.
• Investigate operational and security incidents.
• Communicate complex technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations and gain stakeholder agreement.
• Maintain security requirements and incident response processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
