Job summary

Dragonfly Shipping PTY LTD on the Sunshine Coast is seeking hands-on Operations Support team members for our Caloundra delivery hub. You will assist with daily delivery operations, coordinate with drivers and partners, and help keep packages moving smoothly behind the scenes.

The role suits those with warehouse/operations experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to lift up to 20 kg. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure smooth flow of parcels.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery partners to loadout and resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call centre to assist with customer updates or queries by phone or email.
• Work with Supervisors to maintain day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and keep packages sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
