Dragonfly Shipping Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking hands-on Operations Support team members to join our Pemulwuy delivery hub. If you’ve got experience in a warehouse or operations environment and are confident liaising with drivers, coordinating deliveries and supporting the flow of packages, this could be the role for you.

You’ll work to prepare daily loads, coordinate with delivery partners, support drivers on the road, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
Strong customer service and solutions‑focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to lift up to 20kg.

Responsibilities

Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure smooth flow of parcels.
Coordinate with Drivers and Delivery Partners to loadout and resolve delivery issues quickly.
Liaise with the call center to update customers and provide on‑the‑ground support.
Maintain day‑to‑day operations across the delivery centre with Supervisors and team members.
Assist with truck loading/unloading and keep packages sorted and ready on time.
Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
Keep accurate records through data entry and escalate issues as needed.
