You will use your building industry knowledge and strong communication to resolve scheduling conflicts, generate status reports, and support efficient workflows in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the building industry.
• Proven scheduling experience and operational task management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of job schedules, contracts, and communications for reference and compliance.
• Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure workflows are efficient and effective.
• Identify and address scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, working with relevant parties to find solutions.
• Prepare and distribute reports on job status, completion timelines, and resource utilization.
