Job summary

Focus Pest Management on the Gold Coast is seeking an organised and customer-focused Pre-Construction Scheduler to join our team. This office-based role coordinates bookings for termite management system installations on new residential and commercial projects, serving as the main contact for builders, site supervisors and internal teams.

You will schedule installations, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, maintain accurate records, and communicate booking requirements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling or administration.
• Experience within construction, building, pest management or trade services industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Methodical and proactive approach to your work.
• Strong computer and administration skills.
• A positive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with builders, contractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive booking requests via phone and email from builders and construction companies.
• Schedule termite management installations and inspections.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation.
• Communicate with builders, site supervisors and homeowners regarding booking requirements.
• Monitor upcoming work and proactively manage scheduling conflicts.
• Assist with general customer service and administrative duties as required.
