Job summary

Altrad is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to support its asset services team across multiple regional projects in Australia. You will coordinate travel, timesheets and invoicing, and manage ERP-driven project activities to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role, strong data handling with ERP systems, and a hands-on, proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is essential; Pronto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in supporting financial reporting.
• Experience in using large corporate ERP systems and skilled in processing large volume data.
• Proactive, out-of-the-box attitude and meticulous with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; Pronto experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage flights, vehicles and accommodation for personnel including site staff.
• Enter and review personnel timesheets.
• Raise purchase orders and review customer invoicing.
• Raise and complete projects/activities in the ERP system.
• Complete end-of-month project and contract reports as directed.
• Plan and schedule own work to meet timelines.
• Reconcile maintenance services team expenditures for approval.
