BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to support its ERP transformation program. You will work with project managers, SMEs and partners to coordinate governance, manage documentation and keep stakeholders informed.

The role emphasises disciplined delivery, dashboards, status updates and RAID log management across multiple workstreams. A proactive communicator with MS Office, Teams and SharePoint skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting ERP or transformation programs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees and program meetings.
• Prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions to completion.
• Maintain project documentation, registers and artefacts.
• Support program reporting, dashboards and status updates.
• Manage RAID logs and governance processes.
