Job summary

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will manage ERP orders, coordinate with 3PLs, monitor shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy. A fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance within supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or admin roles.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills including reporting and data reconciliations.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or order processing systems.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organisational and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders in ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with sales and service for fulfilment.
• Maintain records of orders and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or issues.
• Assist with customs, freight, and shipping documentation as required.
• Support inventory replenishment planning and stock transfers.
• Maintain inventory records across ERP and warehouse systems.
• Assist with stock reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient product movement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to join a newly created Australian operation. As the Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the day-to-day operational and logistical functions of the business. Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will be the key coordinator for order processing, logistics, inventory data and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role offers genuine opportunities to grow into a broader Operations or Supply Chain position as the Australian business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Monitor order status and coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and update stakeholders on delivery timelines
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners regarding inbound and outbound shipments
• Track shipments and proactively follow up on delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Assist with customs, freight, and shipping documentation where required
• Support inventory replenishment planning and stock transfers
• Maintain accurate inventory records across ERP and warehouse systems
• Assist with stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory investigations
• Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient product movement and customer service

About you

• 2+ years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administrative support roles
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, reconciliations and spreadsheet management
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or order processing systems
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing business environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
