As the Operations & Office Manager, you will be central to the business, ensuring leadership leverage, a seamless office, and rapid execution of priorities with ownership and structure. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, CEO, and management team to drive efficiency and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day coordination of business operations across teams, working closely with the Head of Operations
• Act as the central triage point for internal and external requests prioritising, redirecting, and ensuring fast resolution.
• Manage operational priorities, actions and follow-ups, ensuring deadlines are met across stakeholders
• Support and leverage the CEO and Head of Operations by coordinating priorities, actions and follow-ups so their time remains focused on high-value activities
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove friction before it escalates
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications to support decision-making
• Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a high-performance, professional environment
• Manage and support office logistics including seating, meeting rooms, equipment, and overall presentation
• Oversee vendors (cleaning, maintenance, utilities) and ensure standards are consistently met
• Support day-to-day administration and coordination of Shore's core application system and internal platforms
