• Lead and develop the Sydney Operations Team and associated roles.

• Partner with National Head to meet budgets, pledges and targets.
• Track adoption metrics and benefits realization for the state.
• Recruit, train and mentor talent; manage training programs.
• Identify process improvements and lead cross-functional projects.
• Drive a high performing culture within the team.
