Job summary

You will drive performance, develop talent, and align processes with national frameworks while delivering on budget and strategic targets for the state. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in financial advisory or planning operations.
• Experience building and scaling client support teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and fiduciary standards.
• Degree in finance, business or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sydney team to provide expert support and guidance.
• Standardize operational processes across the State per national frameworks.
• Partner to deliver annual budgets, pledges and targets.
• Track adoption metrics and performance reporting.
• Recruit, train and mentor talent, and manage development programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead projects and participate in change initiatives.
• Manage the training and development program.
