Job summary

Shadforth Financial Group is seeking a Sydney-based Senior Operations Leader to manage the Sydney Operations Team and mentor Senior Associate Advisers, Associate Advisors and Client Associates. You will drive high-quality support across advice preparation, implementation and ongoing client service.

You will lead a large team, develop talent, ensure compliant processes, and partner with national leaders to achieve annual budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in financial planning or advice operations.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing compliant operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sydney team to provide expert support across preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing client management.
• Deliver compliant, standardized operational processes across the State, aligned to national frameworks and service standards.
• Partner with National Head of Operational Transformation and Head of Shadforth to deliver the State's annual budgets, pledges and targets.
• Track and report State adoption metrics, operational performance and benefits realisation, contributing to national measures.
• Recruit, train and mentor talent, managing the training and development program to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes.
• Lead and proactively get involved in projects.
• Manage the training and development program of team
