Job summary

Shore Financial is Australia’s largest independent mortgage brokerage, renowned for a high-performance culture and close collaboration. Shore is seeking an Operations & Office Manager to unite leadership focus, keep the office running smoothly, and drive priorities with speed and accountability.

You will work with the Head of Operations and closely with the CEO and management team, owning coordination, follow-through, and execution standards across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination of business operations with the Head of Operations.
• Triage internal and external requests; prioritise and resolve quickly.
• Manage operational priorities, actions, and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Support CEO and Head of Operations by coordinating priorities and follow-ups.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, remove friction.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications for decisions.
• Run the office daily to maintain a high-performance, professional environment.
• Oversee office logistics like seating, rooms, equipment, and presentation quality.
• Manage vendors and ensure standards are met; support core application systems.
