The Mathews Group Real Estate in Perth is seeking an Operations Manager | Buyer Services Manager to lead daily operations and buyer service activities in a fast-paced, high-performing real estate team.

You’ll work closely with the Director to keep the business organised, respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate campaigns while building relationships with buyers and vendors. A proactive mindset and strong CRM use are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinating pre-market and scheduled property campaigns.
• Managing calendars, appointments and follow-up processes.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Answering calls and responding to client and buyer enquiries.
• Managing buyer follow-up, database records and CRM activity.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers.
• Matching buyers with suitable properties and identifying opportunities.
• Attending and assisting with open homes and buyer appointments.

The Mathews Group is seeking a proactive, personable and highly organised Operations Manager | Buyer Services Manager to join our growing team.

Working closely with Director and Selling Principal, Ben Mathews, this is a hands-on role combining the day-to-day operations of a high-performing real estate business with exceptional buyer and client service. You’ll play a key role in keeping the business organised, responsive and running smoothly while supporting the Director across day-to-day priorities.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be confident building relationships and take pride in providing an exceptional level of service to clients, buyers and vendors.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, current registration as a Real Estate Sales Representative
• Hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Be available to attend open homes as required
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Be organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Have strong attention to detail and CRM/database skills
• Be flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business
