Job summary

Belle Property Australia in Double Bay is seeking an ambitious, switched-on and highly organised Sales / Executive Assistant to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Director across sales administration, client communication and day-to-day operations to help drive business success.

This role offers exposure to marketing, reporting and database management, with a path to develop across multiple areas of the real estate operation in a boutique, client-focused environment.

We are looking for an ambitious, switched-on and highly organised Sales / Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Double Bay.

Working closely with one of the Directors, this is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the business and gain exposure to all facets of a high-end real estate operation.

No two days will be the same. You will play a key role in supporting the Director across sales administration, client communication, reporting, documentation, marketing, database management and day-to-day business operations.

You will be at the forefront of the action, working closely with clients and stakeholders and gaining valuable insight into the strategy, relationships and commercial decisions that drive a successful real estate business.
