Job summary

Gough Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking a real estate assistant to support listings, contracts, and client liaison. You will prepare appraisal kits, manage marketing collateral, liaise with vendors and buyers, and handle diary and administration tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration, bring prior real estate experience, and demonstrate immaculate presentation with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration is essential.
• Prior Real Estate experience is a must.
• IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
• High level of communication and attention to detail.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral.
• Prepare and process Contracts and Form 6s.
• Liaise with vendors and buyers.
• Database entry and management.
• Assisting with Open Homes and Private Inspections.
• Diary management.
• Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process.
• Social Media Marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Organising photography/styling.
• Preparing Vendor reports.
• General administration and ad-hoc duties.
