THISBOWL is seeking an Operations Manager to scale our brand across Sydney and beyond. You will lead Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a healthy balance sheet.

You’ll coach teams, drive sales growth, and partner with Head Office on strategic initiatives. In this fast-paced role you’ll build capable, motivated teams and ensure consistent on-brand service across multiple locations.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the THISBOWL brand across your remit. You’ll lead Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to achieve a healthy balance sheet and support their teams to thrive.

Skills and experience

Key responsibilities

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of restaurants, working with restaurant team members (who we call ‘Mixers’), Restaurant Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, Area Managers, and Head Office in planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance. You’ll be expected to:

Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards

Coach and develop Area Managers and Restaurant Managers in their career development

Work closely with Head Office to help teams to drive sales growth and deliver results

Be active in strategic planning and restaurant operations

Draw insights and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth.
