Job summary

THISBOWL FISHBOWL is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager and lead the Mixers team to deliver delicious bowls and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll model THISBOWL's culture, supervise daily operations, train staff, ensure food safety and high service standards, and drive a welcoming, faster-paced dining environment across our locations in NSW.

The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll assist your Restaurant Manager by supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. You'll lead restaurant team members (who we call "Mixers") to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting To Your Restaurant Manager, You'll Assist With The Day-to-day Operations Of Your Restaurant To Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience And Create Delicious Bowls. You'll Be Expected To

• Manage all expected checklists and training
• Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
• Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation

The Interview Process

• Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
• In-store trial with one of our Restaurant leaders - getting 'on the mix' with one of our teams (2+ hours, paid)
• Final interview with one of our Restaurant leaders - wrap up of your trial and the role (30 min)
• Reference checks and move to offer.
