THISBOWL is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Sydney to support the Restaurant Manager, lead the Mixers, and grow the THISBOWL brand through exceptional dining experiences.

The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll assist your Restaurant Manager by supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead restaurant team members (who we call “Mixers”) to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Reporting To Your Restaurant Manager, You’ll Assist With The Day-to-day Operations Of Your Restaurant To Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience And Create Delicious Bowls. You’ll Be Expected To

The Interview Process

• Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
• In-store trial with one of our Restaurant leaders – getting ‘on the mix’ with one of our teams (2+ hours, paid)
• Final interview with one of our Restaurant leaders – wrap up of your trial and the role (30 min)
• Reference checks and move to offer.
