The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll assist your Restaurant Manager by supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead restaurant team members (who we call "Mixers") to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities

The Interview Process

Here’s what you can expect during our recruitment process:

• Initial pre‑screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
• In‑store trial with one of our Restaurant leaders – getting ‘on the mix’ with one of our teams (2+ hours, paid)
• Final interview with one of our Restaurant leaders – wrap up of your trial and the role (30 min)
• Reference checks and move to offer.
