THISBOWL FISHBOWL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants, support an amazing team, and grow the THISBOWL brand. You will guide Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will role-model our culture, drive sales and cost control, and ensure food safety standards. You will supervise staff development and strive for continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The Interview Process

Here's what you can expect during our recruitment process:

• Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
• 1st round interview - diving deeper into your experience and the scope of the role (45 min)
• In-store trial with one of our Operations leaders - getting on the mix with one of our teams (2 hours)
• Final interview - wrap up of your trial and the role (1 hour)
• Reference checks and move to offer.
