Job summary

McGrath Estate Agents seeks a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day operational rhythm across Coogee and Maroubra. This hands-on role requires commercially driven leadership to support agents, property managers and support teams, driving efficiency and scalability in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will own office systems, compliance administration, onboarding, reporting and process improvement while collaborating with the Principal and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or office management.
• Experience in real estate or multi-site service business.
• Proficiency with PropertyMe or Agentbox is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across Coogee and Maroubra offices.
• Manage supplier, procurement and office escalation matters.
• Drive adoption of PropertyMe, Agentbox, Realtair and Ignite reporting.
• Oversee compliance and supervision frameworks for sales and property management.
• Support property management admin including agreements, trust accounts and audits.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and 90-day plans.
• Track training, capability gaps and follow-up actions.
• Prepare performance summaries and identify risks and solutions.
• Support culture, communication and engagement across both offices.
