Resolver Recruitment in Sydney seeks an organized and proactive Operations Manager / Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-growing real estate brand. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating marketing initiatives across the brand and property campaigns, delivering premium service and strong branding.

The role blends operational excellence with creative marketing, requiring hands-on focus, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office management or business support.
• Real estate or property sector experience preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven track record coordinating marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with digital platforms and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration.
• Implement and improve internal systems and workflows.
• Coordinate team priorities, deadlines and requirements.
• Support agents and management across campaigns and operations.
• Manage suppliers and key business relationships.
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns from prep to launch.
• Manage digital channels: website, social, email marketing.
• Coordinate content creation: photography, video, social, editorial.
• Assist with brand initiatives and consistency of marketing collateral.
• Work with agents to present listings and campaigns premium.
• Monitor campaign activity and assist with reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and client experience.
