Job summary

McGrath Pittwater is seeking a proactive leasing and business development professional to grow the rent roll and secure new managements. You will be based at our Mona Vale office and earn a commission for each new management you bring in.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, property appraisals, and coordinating open homes with the leasing team, in a fast-paced Northern Beaches market. A strong network and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in real estate or sales within the industry.
• Strong network and understanding of the local market.
• High level organisation and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.

About the role:

You would possess the follow skills/qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) within the real estate industry in the same or sales position

• Current Driver’s License & and reliable vehicle
