Carehero, an Australian disability care provider, is seeking a Melbourne-based administrator with nursing background to join our hybrid office and home-based rostering team.
You will manage rosters, coordinate with clients and staff, handle recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance, and support Care Plans with our Clinical Consultant. A strong customer service mindset and RN background are essential.

The key focus of this role includes:
Roster management and liaising with both clients and staff with a strong focus on customer service.
Ensuring a high level of client and candidate compliance
Fill emergency shifts and be the initial point of contact for anything related to the rosters.
Recruitment including advertising, screening, and interviewing new staff.
Working with clients to onboard their staff.
Assisting the Clinical Consultant with Care Plans
Customer service with a sense of humor and being responsive.

This role will be Melbourne based and work within a hybrid model through our office network and working from home.

Background as a Registered Nurse and administrator
Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
