Job summary

Carehero is a fast-growing disability care provider in Australia, offering high and complex care to clients at home. The Brisbane-based role combines roster management, client and staff liaison, and the development of Care Plans leveraging a Registered Nurse background.

The position blends office work with client visits within a hybrid model. You will recruit and onboard new staff, ensure compliance, and provide guidance to field employees, reporting to the Carehero Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Background in the disability field as a carer or administrator.
• Registered Nurse qualification to work in this capacity.
• Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Roster management and liaising with clients and staff with strong customer service focus.
• Reviewing and developing Care Plans using your RN qualification in a white-collar capacity.
• Fill emergency shifts through the rostering system.
• Recruitment activities including advertising, screening and interviewing new staff.
• Provide guidance and support to field employees (Support Workers and Nurses).
• Ensure client and candidate compliance.
• Work under the Carehero Leadership Team with hands-on support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The key focus of this role includes:

This role will be Brisbane based and work within a hybrid model through our amazing office in Eight Mile Plains and working from home.

ABOUT YOU
