About the Role

  • Communicate roster changes clearly and promptly to affected employees.

  • Monitor roster gaps, unfilled shifts, availability and staffing coverage.

  • Maintain appropriate staffing ratios and continuity of support.

  • Review rostered hours, timesheets and shift records for accuracy.

  • Identify potential overtime, fatigue-management and award-compliance concerns.

  • Maintain accurate staff availability and leave information.

  • Escalate unresolved staffing risks or service coverage issues to management.

  • Support forward planning to reduce last-minute vacancies and roster disruption.

  • A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience within the NDIS, disability, aged-care, healthcare or community-services sector is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and fatigue-management principles is desirable.
